Three Bouts a Week

A plain push / pull / legs split. Nothing exotic. The program only works if we show up, so the program is designed to be shown up to. No changes before week four.

Bout I — Push

The Contract

House Rules

  1. If one man shows, both men show. A text saying "you still coming?" counts as a legally binding summons.
  2. A missed session without 24 hours' notice buys the other man's post-workout meal. No cap on the meal.
  3. Every rep gets logged on this site. Unlogged work did not happen.
  4. No program changes before week four. Boredom is not an injury.
  5. Personal records are announced loudly, in person, and posted to the Tape within 24 hours.
  6. This agreement renews automatically every Monday and has no termination clause.
